We are a collective group of therapists offering both holistic and traditional, evidence-based modalities to support comprehensive healing. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR (Eye-movement Decencitization-Reprocessing), Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Play Therapy for kiddos, ACT, ERP for OCD, Grief, and Walk and Talk Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Mood Disorders and Mindfulness Based Therapies including yoga. Having clinicians with diverse skills allows you to find the right fit for you! Individualized talk therapy is not just for the well, but for the everyday human.
At the same time, our therapy offerings extend beyond the traditional model. We integrate holistic approaches to moving through trauma, including embodiment practices, yoga, meditation, expressive arts, and other integrative methods that support nervous system regulation and whole-person healing.
