Group Supervision for Associate Clinicians of The Healing Collective

Group Supervision is a one-hour, supportive consultation space exclusively for Associate-level clinicians of The Healing Collective and is included as part of the flat fee structure. This group is designed to provide licensure-qualifying supervision hours while fostering professional growth, ethical practice, and a strong sense of community.

Facilitated by Allie Zachariades, LMHC, Washington State Approved Supervisor, this group offers a collaborative environment for reflection, connection-building, and shared learning. Clinicians are encouraged to bring clinical questions, case reflections, ethical considerations, and professional development topics. Emphasis is placed on thoughtful discussion, mutual support, and the integration of theory with real-world practice.

This supervision hour counts toward Washington State licensure requirements and is intended to complement individual supervision by creating space for peer insight, information sharing, and collective wisdom within The Healing Collective.
