Supervision & Collaboration
Each week, month, and quarter we offer group supervision and experiences centered around learning new skills and strategies to become a more adept professional. Through the pooling of services, we prioritize cost-effectiveness and accessibility, extending our support to entry-level clinicians as well as seasoned professionals.
You will be provided with biweekly supervision, biweekly group supervision, EMDR Training and Certification or reimbersment or speciality training including but not limited to Brain Spotting, OCD/ERP and Play Therapy.

As a social member, you will enjoy a range of exclusive benefits. This includes participating in monthly and quarterly group supervision and learning seminars. Additionally, you will have access to group training opportunities as they become available. Think of it like a membership at Costco, where purchasing in bulk grants you discounted rates. With a Collaboratorship, you can bill for your services through insurance using an Associate License or have your billing services provided for you. The Collaboration package also includes a managed Simple Practice, a personalized website domain, marketing materials, supervision, and training. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to use low to no-cost office spaces and group areas.
The Healing Collective is dedicated to supporting clinicians on their journey to becoming fully licensed professionals. Our program is designed for those who aspire to establish their own private practice but face obstacles in making it a reality. Whether you are a transitioning clinician from Community Mental Health or a recent graduate student, we welcome you to join us. Through our scaled fee for services, we provide a pathway for you to comfortably navigate the way to licensure.
The Healing Collective operates on a fee-for-service basis, meaning that you can retain your own domain as a business owner. As a collective, we collaborate to identify group training opportunities, experiences, and services that we desire and include them as part of our membership fees.
