My practice utilizes evidence-based strategies and interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including skills development across areas such as emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness— always integrated in a collaborative, client-directed way that respects your autonomy. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care, and I consistently seek to adapt my approach to honor your unique lived experience, values, and cultural background. I seek to be collaborative with you as we work together toward your goals, and I believe that you are the expert of your own life.
