Therapy with me is a calm place to breathe when life feels too loud.

In my work with youth, teens, and young adults, I create and hold space where you can feel truly seen and heard. The therapeutic relationship is the heart of my work, and I believe healing begins when you feel connected, understood, and supported by the person sitting across from you.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, comfortable, and safe enough to exhale and say, “Okay… this is actually helping.” I’m warm, compassionate, and a little funny (the gentle kind of humor that reminds you we’re all human). Here, you don’t have to put on a front or hold it all together. That’s intentional—I listen deeply, and I move at your pace.

I specialize in anxiety and grief and loss, especially the kind that quietly sits in your chest, keeps you awake at night, or makes you feel like you’re holding everything together for everyone. Whether you’re grieving someone you loved, someone you lost emotionally, or even a version of yourself you no longer recognize, I’m here to walk with you through it.

While talking is part of healing, it’s not the only way. I incorporate experiential techniques—art, sound, movement, and creative expression—because sometimes emotions need space beyond words. Together, we’ll explore what feels natural and healing for you.

If you’re navigating big emotions, big transitions, or deep grief, you don’t have to do it alone. If something in you feels seen or softens as you read this, that’s your sign. I’d love to meet you and see if we’re a good fit.
