Sometimes things happen in life that make it difficult to cope, and to feel happy. Everyone deserves happiness and to overcome whatever it is that has made healing difficult. I have a passion for working with people who want to feel better and maybe just don’t quite know how. Maybe a trauma has happened, or a loss of some sort. Maybe there is confusion as to why it’s hard to feel good. I will help identify what the issues are and provide the tools to move forward using your strengths and resilience.
I have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, familial issues, relationships, interpersonal relatedness, sexual abuse, cult and religious trauma, feelings of loneliness, and creative blocks.
Whatever you are going through there is a reason for it. You are resilient, strong, and deserving of happiness. I will do my best to walk alongside you as you pursue your healing. I will do whatever I can to help you identify your strengths and help build tools to find the happiness and healing you so deserve.
I am an EMDR trained therapist and comfortable meeting you where you are in your trauma healing journey using multimodalities founded in Somatics, Mindfulness & Cognitive Behavioral Therapists.
