I blend a focus on attachment patterns with Emotion-Focused (EFT) and cognitive-behavioral tools to help you tune into your emotions and untangle old habits. By combining a deep respect for your individual identity with these frameworks, we can create a path to healing that feels both emotionally grounded and practical.
